Best Hotel ever!!! – I started going here a couple of years ago for my birthday weekend and the staff and everybody are super nice, rooms are just the right size. Perfect for me. I choose this Hotel out of all the one's that are in the Galleria area, and Omni beats them hands down!! If you want peace and quiet friendly staff, and beautiful views, this is the place to be! Not to mention they have great food and the spa/ salon is amazing. (Mokara Spa) This is truly the place to be.
Tourists Beware ! – Ammonia tasting scallops is what I got for dinner ! It was such a horrible experience that my husband loses his appetite on the fish he ordered . The waiter offered to replace it with a new one , but I don't think I can swallow any scallops after that experience .He was very apologetic I told him we are willing to pay for it . This bad taste will linger in my taste buds for a while ...
Treats members like visitors and visitors like members! – Can't be more frank but ever since Club Corp took over Barton Creek it is never been the same. I find it to be also racist to a point where I was sitting in the members lounge and witnessed two BC members quacking about how we are not supposted to be friendly or speaking with the hispanic servers. SHOCKED AND HORRIFIED. If you don't fit there Barton Creek mold there will do everything to make it worse for you to stay a member. I do alot of business there but moved my ... read more
Really bad experience – Started out great with the bell hop and the elevator servicers. I will also say that the hotel is very pretty. Outside of that had a bad experience. For one did not think there was a whole lot to do and you have to pay $80 per person to use the pool for a day that they advertise to you in the TV. Of course you don't find out till you get there about the charge. In addition, one of the night my fiancee was literally stalked and harassed by the hotel staff. I ended up with her crying uncontrollably in t... read more
