I booked the wrong Atlanta Omni location. Asked valet out from if they had availability and was told no. So we parked for the Braves Game elsewhere spending over $60. Went to the front desk to ask about availability and the gentleman helped me cancel my other Omni reservation and get a room at the Battery. Very helpful!! Room was clean and nice. Everything was great until check out. Experienced a double charge which wasn’t related to a hold on my credit card. The hotel admitted this was on their side. I left a necklace and a bracelet in my room and this was not found though reported same day. I was pretty much told it was gone and it wasn’t in the room and my numerous check ins were met with annoyance rather than support.
