I am having a terrible experience with this hotel. I stayed once before and had a decent time. Its proximity to the nearby stadium was the draw. I booked a stay for one night but realized within hours that I had the wrong date. I emailed customer service several times they told me they would cancel my reservation and had attached a fee waiver to the hotel so I could get a refund. The hotel denied the fee waiver but have cancelled the reservation so they now have the room to book for someone else and also have my full payment... read more

First off this was our first stay at an Omni hotel. We came down on a Saturday with my wife and two children. We were so excited to finally stay at an omni and go to a Braves game. Boy were we so disappointed. First off we paid over $900 dollars for one night including parking, but we agreed to pay it. Looking back we feel as we wasted our money.
