My husband and I initially chose this hotel due to its proximity to Truist Park, since we were attending a Braves game the following day. We checked in at the start of Thursdays game so traffic was horrible (our fault, of course). Chick-in was smooth and the employee who did it was very friendly and accommodating after a long days drive. This is by FAR the best place we have ever stayed. We went for my birthday and they made sure it was special!! The room view was unmatched along with the birthday cheesecake they sent up to my room. The location is top tier! If going for a braves game you don’t have to worry about driving or parking anywhere. Everything is just steps away! We highly recommend! 10/10

Horrible staff experience, attempted to scam on parking (true Atlanta) fashion. Rates were clearly posted on both the website and the valet podium yet the valet and incompetent management attempted to charge a rate that they could not validate proof of. We already paid $125 to swim for 1.5hr + their attempt to charge nearly $50 for parking when the app says $32 and the sign posted said $35.
