When I had to choose hospice for my mom I was heartbroke. Once I talked with Jackie she made me feel at ease with this major decision.She set us up with Derek RN, my mom and I had an instant connection with him. He literally showed such compassion, wit, and kindness, while also being up front and honest about the whole process. My mom looked forward to her weekly visits with Derek.
