Omni Reality is the most unprofessional and sad sack of a realty company ive ever had the misfortune of working with. One realtor in particular Evelyn Torres was so unprofessional and incompetent at her job that she promised her clients things that she never discussed with our realtor or ourselves and then demanded we fixed her mistakes. I will be submitting a complaint to the az department of real estate. If you see her name on any of your paper work run
Omni is building a home in our community that, architecturally, is crap. 4 bedrooms with no on-street parking or landscape area. Hope they don't turn into a rent-a-room.
Lily was incredible throughout our whole experience. We were first time home buyers buying from across the country. Her also being from the East Coast was a welcome surprise. Omni should be lucky to have her! We can’t thank her enough for being patient, incredibly detailed oriented, and having amazing communication and turnaround time. We are happy to call her more than just a realtor but someone we can depend on and foster a great relationship with!
Beware of realtor Peggy Korte. Shocking and worst experience I have had with a realtor. I called her after viewing the house with my realtor to discuss a few questions I had about the property. When I questioned why her family member was selling the property for $700k more than what they bought for in 2019 she became defensive. I tried explaining that i am a builder and walked her property, that's why I was pointing out a few things and questioning them. She became more defensive and aggressive.
