Omni Home Comfort did amazing. Aaron was great, straight forward, no B.S. or pressure to do anything not needed. Also gave great thoughts on what the future of my (very old) air conditioner could be and things to look for. Will recommend and use in the future!!!
No work was done, assessment was made but technician said he had never seen our type of problem before. Called boss, but the only thing that happened was he said he would submit photos to our home warranty company and then left without setting up a follow up. Two stars because my wife said the gentleman was nice.
Omni is truly the best! I've tried other hvac companies in the past and have been disappointed. Aaron from Omni is very knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to talk to, as is his wife, who manages the office. I am one happy customer!
We have had great experiences with these guys. Quick responses. We are loving our new AC/heat. Highly recommend them. They go above and beyond on finding and recommending what is best for us. Great value.
