The Techs who came out today to service my furnace issue were outstanding! These gentleman were professional yet funny, they made a stressful situation less stressful. They’re very knowledgeable about HVAC issues. I will use them anytime I ever have an HVAC issue ! Thanks Kyle & Aaron !!!!
Could not receive a call back or email of the estimate on our AC issue for over 2 weeks in the middle of the heatwave. Called numerous times and left to voicemails. Called from someone else’s phone and they picked up on the first ring. They were obviously avoiding us and couldn’t care less. Will tell everyone to go elsewhere.
Omni home comfort was dispatched by our home warranty when we had what sounded like a blower motor going out. Omni was very responsive to communication throughout the process, helping to explain things even when we were both waiting on the warranty company’s delays. Aaron and Nick were truly fantastic, arrived in time for both the diagnosis and furnace replacement, personable and left the basement utility area cleaner than it was when they arrived. We are SO HAPPY with our new heater and AC! The service was great and we would never go to any other HVAC company. Highly recommend.
Originally had Aaron come out to replace a board when our outside unit wouldn’t turn on. Had him come back a year later when the unit wouldn’t start again. Aaron was able to get the unit running without any additional charge.
