Omni home comfort was dispatched by our home warranty when we had what sounded like a blower motor going out. Omni was very responsive to communication throughout the process, helping to explain things even when we were both waiting on the warranty company’s delays. Aaron and Nick were truly fantastic, arrived in time for both the diagnosis and furnace replacement, personable and left the basement utility area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I can't say enough good about this company! They were wonderful from start to finish. Fantastic team! I'm naming them "the dynamic duo", they didnt try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed, they arrived in the time that was offered, friendly (off the charts!) and knew what they were talking about. I even got my screen door fixed; they noticed it was wonky as they were walking out the door! Just being nice! You don't find that very often anymore. The best service I have ever received from an HVAC company. Aaron is an expert who is clearly 100% committed to doing an excellent job for his customers. I feel like he put the same care into our furnace as he would his own. He's also very personable and makes you feel like a friend who is in very good hands. Top notch.

My furnace died and I called Omni, as they were my home warranty companies (AHS) partner. The technician diagnosed the problem, and fairly promptly I had a replacement furnace. The technicians (Nick and Matt) that worked on the system were professional and let me know every step of the process and what to expect. They also texted during the process to let me know what was going on in between the initial visit and installation. I'd use Omni again and recommend them.

I booked $100 ticket through my American Home shield warranty for a winter tune-up on my furnace. When the tech arrived, he determined that there was an issue getting my furnace to function properly, but rather than troubleshoot the issue, he told me that I had to book an additional service appointment through my home warranty company, which was an additional $125.
