The best service I have ever received from an HVAC company. Aaron is an expert who is clearly 100% committed to doing an excellent job for his customers. I feel like he put the same care into our furnace as he would his own. He's also very personable and makes you feel like a friend who is in very good hands. Top notch.

My furnace died and I called Omni, as they were my home warranty companies (AHS) partner. The technician diagnosed the problem, and fairly promptly I had a replacement furnace. The technicians (Nick and Matt) that worked on the system were professional and let me know every step of the process and what to expect. They also texted during the process to let me know what was going on in between the initial visit and installation. I'd use Omni again and recommend them.

I booked $100 ticket through my American Home shield warranty for a winter tune-up on my furnace. When the tech arrived, he determined that there was an issue getting my furnace to function properly, but rather than troubleshoot the issue, he told me that I had to book an additional service appointment through my home warranty company, which was an additional $125. I would recommend Omni Home Comfort to anyone. Aaron was quick to respond when our AC went out in 100+ degree weather. The work he does is always done right and for a great price. He is honest and friendly, and most importantly, not trying to price gouge you as some competitors might. Additionally, he walked us through everything that he completed and asked if we had any questions about what was taking place. Aaron replaced our control board on our unit which can be costly.
