Omni home comfort was dispatched by our home warranty when we had what sounded like a blower motor going out. Omni was very responsive to communication throughout the process, helping to explain things even when we were both waiting on the warranty company’s delays. The Techs who came out today to service my furnace issue were outstanding! These gentleman were professional yet funny, they made a stressful situation less stressful. They’re very knowledgeable about HVAC issues. I will use them anytime I ever have an HVAC issue ! Thanks Kyle & Aaron !!!!
I can't say enough good about this company! They were wonderful from start to finish. Fantastic team! I'm naming them "the dynamic duo", they didnt try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed, they arrived in the time that was offered, friendly (off the charts!) and knew what they were talking about. I even got my screen door fixed; they noticed it was wonky as they were walking out the door! Just being nice! You don't find that very often anymore. Originally had Aaron come out to replace a board when our outside unit wouldn’t turn on. Had him come back a year later when the unit wouldn’t start again. Aaron was able to get the unit running without any additional charge. Both cases Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, open to questions/ explained the problem, and personable. 10/10 Omni home comforts text message system is also very helpful with communicating when the tech is on their way to your location and provides you with a description of the techs vehicle so you... read more
The best service I have ever received from an HVAC company. Aaron is an expert who is clearly 100% committed to doing an excellent job for his customers. I feel like he put the same care into our furnace as he would his own. He's also very personable and makes you feel like a friend who is in very good hands. Top notch.
