I've been an employee with Omni over 4 going on 5 years. I love that I can set my own hours and pick and choose my clients. I'm very happy with LHC Group. **Edit** Since they had a lot of change over the new Executive Director is Rude toward clients and Employees. I'm sorry they no longer have my interest. When I started working with Omni we were full staffed and my old supervisor was very organized and on top of everything. She showed how much she appreciated us.
