Larry was so helpful from the first time we talked. Put me at ease with his explanations and analogies, a really good communicator and knowledgeable
He was hired to inspect a home my client was buying in Stratford, CT. He completed the inspection and after waiting seven additional days for his report, I had to threaten to file a complaint with the State of CT because my client almost lost their deposit for exceeding the 10 days allowed by law. Not until after I brought all the emails to the seller side to show we had been screaming for the report did they agree it was this knuckleheads fault. Update: After rating 1/5 for over a year this guy calls me to claim my review as false. I remind him how he came into my home and disrespected me and my things. The day it happened, I complained to them for how they left my apartment he was very rude to say the least. He then slandered me to our neighbors (who are my close friends). Not only did they tell me the malicious things he said about me, I could hear him! He talks so loud! They live directly below me and I could hear every word he said. We can't thank Larry enough for coming to our rescue in Dec 2016. Just days before our schedule inspection our inspector cancelled. I called Omni and Larry came out did our inspection, he was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
