I have been searching for a suitable hearing aid and have conducted extensive research on reputable and reliable hearing clinics. I have tried a few models, but I will not disclose their names for obvious reasons. I visited Omni Hearing and tested the Phonak i90 Sphere Infinio. The clinic is excellent. The staff were very attentive and made sure all my needs were taken care of. They completed every test required and walked me through the process with care and professionalism. Their state-of-the-art equipment made the experience even better. The hearing devices they offer are fantastic as well. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this clinic.
I want to give a shout to OMNI Hearing. They are the only online hearing aid supplies that I've seen to known in Canada. The prices are fair and shipping is done through Canada Post in the past years, but I haven't ordered anything in the this year. They are reliable.
I urgently needed to purchase a charger for my hearing aids and they were the only clinic that actually responded to my request to help me on a Saturday over the long weekend. Very kind, professional and truly compassionate!
