The clinic is excellent. The staff were very attentive and made sure all my needs were taken care of. They completed every test required and walked me through the process with care and professionalism. Their state-of-the-art equipment made the experience even better. The hearing devices they offer are fantastic as well. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this clinic.
I want to give a shout to OMNI Hearing. They are the only online hearing aid supplies that I've seen to known in Canada. The prices are fair and shipping is done through Canada Post in the past years, but I haven't ordered anything in the this year. They are reliable.
I urgently needed to purchase a charger for my hearing aids and they were the only clinic that actually responded to my request to help me on a Saturday over the long weekend. Very kind, professional and truly compassionate!

This company knows what customer service means.I have bought a couple of partnermics from this store and the price was great. The second one I bought they discounted to match the price of the first, which was a substantially cheaper than Costco. One needed service and they paid shipping both ways and had it back in under a week. When I ruined one by sending it through the wash they discounted a new one and had it me me in one business day. They do it right.
