Outstanding!!!! First time customer. Excellent customer service. I needed something urgently that I couldn't find anywhere in my province and they had the item available in stock and shipped it out expedited courier as promised. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fantastic prices. I highly recommend this company for your hearing needs.
This company knows what customer service means.I have bought a couple of partnermics from this store and the price was great. The second one I bought they discounted to match the price of the first, which was a substantially cheaper than Costco. One needed service and they paid shipping both ways and had it back in under a week. When I ruined one by sending it through the wash they discounted a new one and had it me me in one business day. They do it right.

Went into Omni today and the Service was incredible. Staff Kabir and Gemma were so helpful. I was looking for a Bluetooth streamline for my Grandad hearing aids and they gave me exactly what I needed and also paired the device for us and connected it to our phone. They were very friendly and great pricing for the service we needed. Thank you Kabir and Gemma! Will definitely be back.
