I had been using this clinic for over 7 years, since before ownership changed to Omni. I still have a fantastic relationship with reception (Lila is a beautiful person!) and my therapist, who works independently from Omni. JENNIFER PRICE: ONE TIME IN 7 YEARS, I missed an appointment, but was available for tele-health and she REFUSED, but still charged me a $50 missed appt fee, and wouldn't let me make any appointments until I paid.
