Only one star because I had amazing therapist. I started at the Highland office with Haya/Emily and last Eunice. All amazing you know what's not the other staff. Before I got Eunice I was told I'd get a call for a new therapist... meds running low and I had to call everyday just to be told I was discharged after Emily... like that. No parking no parking at all, this review is based solely on the fact that there is no parking because I was unable to go to my appointment, so I have nothing else to review it on. I looked for parking so long I missed my appointment. They should tell people there is no parking. Okay I'm going to level with you I think I'm being a little dishonest they have like eight parking spots for compact cars on the right side of the building. I had the most amazing experience at Omni Health Services. Everyone here is kind, hardworking, and truly dedicated. The therapists, doctors, and all of the staff are absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a place that will genuinely dedicate their time, care, and attention to you, this is the place to be. Absolutely love the staff here both therapist and psych are amazing and have been with me the longest. While I do adore the clinical staff here and hold high praise for them and what they do, whoever is working the front desk needs to go. If its not me getting the rudest person ever on the phone, its the phone getting answered unprofessionally.
