It is better than no therapy at all. Useful as a last resort only.

The therapists keep changing jobs or location and many times you have to keep telling them the same thing resulting in delay and communication lost in hands of multiple counsellors… Alert : Some negative impact occurred in personal life outside of the therapy place. Not sure if the discussions are leaked… Also be careful while sharing names addresses of people my personal experience with all therapy places is harm both ways. Top notch service there! I’ve being going there over 7rs and service there always have been on point and the most is the communication , and the help that’s been given is just awesomely amazing there..!
