Got my "impossible" loan done – Thank you Omni-Fund. You are a class act. I was told by everyone that I could not refinance out of my adjustable loan because my house was upside down. My loan officer at Omni-Fund was able to find a special government program that no one else told me about - and they were able to get the loan done even though I owed more than my house was worth! Now I have my fixed rate and I don't need to worry anymore. Thank you so much!

Easy to work with – I compared 4 different companies before deciding to go with Scott at Omni-Fund. They had the best rate and lowest cost, and was the easiest refinance I have been through! This is how getting a loan should be. Very upfront, easy, and fast. Would do business with again.

Got lied to by everyone else - omni delivered – We had been dealing with our local bank for a refi and after OVER 3 MONTHS of being lied to and delayed, we were shocked to find out that the rate/fees we were quoted had COMPLETELY changed and were now much higher! We then went to one of the big online companys (ryhmes with 'fricken') and again were promised a great rate with low cost... and were lied to AGAIN. Same here but worse – We were also lured with a fixed rate of 5 1/8% using an unknown bank from the midwest. We applied in April, then, despite perfect credit and a house appraised at twice the loan amount, were hounded for more documents and confidential personal details (like a copy of our passports!), then silence. After a couple of months, I became concerned that it was an identity theft ring and tracked down the bank in Ohio, which refused to talk to me beyond confirming that there was a pending loan application. Not Reccomended – I was lured in by words and phrases like "In 15 minutes", "by tomorrow", "by the end of the week", etc., one delay after another, one reason after another. It never ended. There fees were high and redundant. Admn fee, application fee, underwriter fee, not to mention the normal fees, notary and title which were higher than prior refinancings.
