I am currently in the process of trying to get a loan through Omni-Fund. It has been about 6 weeks since we started and we have had to extend the closing 3 times thus far, because of Omni-Fund unorganized manor. Shame on you David Tominaga! On 10/11/14 Mortgage Banker David provided a pre-approval for a potential buyer that stated "This not only provides an extra level of assurance that any transaction will be completed but also contributes to a quick closing as the gathering and verification of most of the documentation has already been completed". I did not have a good experience with Omni Fund at all. My loan agent, Tony Bares, did not consult with me before changing my loan to an adjustable rate loan, and paying down my interest rate at the cost of $5900.00. Tony also promised me a refund of $7500.00 from loan proceeds (additional points added to the loan fees) so I could pay off my credit card in order to quality for the loan. It was an excellent experience working with Mike Rosenfeld from Omni- Fund on refinancing my home in California. Mike got us the lowest rate possible and made it so easy for us. Got the job done quickly – One of the best experiences I've had from a home loan company. From the very first quote to signing the paperwork, everything was accurate and timely.
