I am a newbie here, about 2weeks now, but I am really liking the work outs. I find them challenging in the good way. I appreciate the coaches guidance and attention to form. Kick boxing is fun! It's a nice facility, lots of parking, and competitive pricing.

What I love about Omni is it’s the only place I’ve consistently WANTED to go to. I’ve gone to gyms and did have consistency, but it was always a “have to do” thing. With Omni- I want to go. I get bummed if I have to miss a day, or get jealous if one of my friends go and I can’t. Guess the saying is FOMO! Speaking of friends- I’ve become more of an introvert as I’ve gotten older, and Omni has allowed me to make girlfriends. It’s great!
