I have had 2 previous pregnancies before my last one and had a better experience at that facility than with Omni. Every single Omni facility has been rude, didn’t listen to my concerns, excessive wait times, and not helpful at all when it comes to getting forms filled out. I have asked for over a month now for my disability extension forms to be filled out and turned in and they never gave me an update or informed me of any other forms I needed to provide them with. Great service
It was a phone call appt, but no one confirmed or got my info first. Then, the dietician barely asked me nothing about my issues or what I wanted. I just got canned advice that was less useful than an online search.
