Every single person i had to take care of my concerns with my vision were absolutely great, great actual humans that care!! Great experience in my life!!
Never even saw the doctor. Waited a month for an appointment. Appointment day, I waited 45 minutes before the doctor came out to the nurse's station to list all the procedures he had just completed, and said that he'd be starting patients. Once I confirmed that he was my doctor, and that at least 2 people were waiting in front of me (despite the nurse telling me originally that I was next), I left. BEWARE they cancel appointments and can't reschedule. They tell you to go find another provider. Terrible customer service. They just don't care about people!
I tried to make an appointment, the office staff was very rude, enough that I went somewhere else.
I stopped going to this place about a year ago because of these issues. This month (5/19) I received a letter and stack of statements from them. The letter states, "It has recently come to our attention that the billing system for Omni Eye Specialist has not generated patient statements for several months." They now want me to pay close to $3,000 of invoices that date back to as far as December of 2017! That was 18 months ago! How is one even supposed to reply/respond this this?
