I’ve been going to Omni for a few years now managing an eye condition. My wife woke up this morning with eye pain, blurry vision and lots of tearing. I called them and they told me they were booked and can’t see her till Thursday (2 days from now). I’m deeply offended by their lack of care attention in an emergency situation. Hopefully we can find another eye doctor before her eye gets worse.

I had a great experience before, during, and just after my LASIK procedure with Dr. Perl. The medical staff on the day of the procedure were phenomenal, taking me through every anxious moment. I had been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and had been thinking about LASIK for at least ten. Unfortunately, within 17 months post-procedure, I was wearing glasses again.
