I needed to see a doctor right away and Omni found an opening for me. All the staff and Dr. Grayson were wonderful and solved my problems I can highly recommend them as caring medical staff and expert medical people Frances Carlisle
My appointment was for 8:30 am. I was told to expect to be there for a few hours. So I was prepared for a lot of sitting around. I was pleasantly surprised when they called my name by 8:40am. They began the testing. There were a number of tests. I felt they were very thorough. Dr Rosenberg took her time explaining the results. I left feeling good about the whole experience. I don’t understand the few negative reviews here. From the call center staff to reception, technicians, and especially Dr. Naguib, every part of this practice has been outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring and handle everything with attention, patience, and genuine concern. It is always made clear that they prioritize both thorough care and patient comfort.
My visit to Omni Eye Services Manhattan left much to be desired. While the technicians were polite and thorough, the experience with the doctors,particularly Dr. Rosenberg and the second examining doctor was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my valid concerns, I was brushed off with comments about my age and told to ‘just wear glasses,’ even though my issue persisted.
