As one of those engineers they tried to screw...I concur with the previous review.
These people have no loyalty, no integrity, and no value. They will sell you services that you need and give you people that you do not need. They have a history of bidding high and hoping. Even when they get a contract, you are far more likely to get screwed over than given value. If you need engineers, find engineers elsewhere. Getting engineers through Omni will just injure the engineers you get and you. If you like to suffer, deal with Omni.
