I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took my money 8 days ago, never received my oil and no one answers the phone. All I get is the answering service, who says someone will call you, yet no one does. Awe way to do busy
We had an outstanding experience! They went above and beyond for us. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they also showed genuine care in making sure everything was handled correctly when we had an issue that wasn’t even their fault. I can’t possibly thank them enough for all the help! I feel lucky to do business with them! It’s rare to find a company this generous of time, pleasant, and reliable. We are forever grateful for their service and highly recommend them!! Thanks again for everything!
Never again !!! Still have NOT received my oil delivery that was scheduled 4 days ago ! The money was withdrawn from my account instantly and I can’t get in touch with anyone after multiple phone calls … the only answer I get is an answering service who can’t help me in any way ….. Never have I experienced this terrible lack of customer service and delayed oil delivery! Do not use this company. I can’t believe this is how any company operates this day and age .
