I just wanted to say thank you for maybe the best oil service we've ever received along with a very efficient delivery guy!! We ordered 100 gallons Monday evening and found your company had a very aggressive price on fuel oil that has been on the climb. We made an account, made the purchase and hoped all would go well. OMNI WAS GREAT FOR YEARS, LOVED THEIR INSTALL GUY KEN. THEY GHOSTED ME OUT OF NOWHERE! I'VE PLACED MULITPLE CALLS TEXTS, MESSAGE. NOTHING. WE WERE NOTHING BUT NICE TO THEM, DON'T GET IT, R.U.D.E. NO CHOICE BUT TO MOVE ON, I HOPE OTHERS HAVE BETTER LUCK!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took my money 8 days ago, never received my oil and no one answers the phone. All I get is the answering service, who says someone will call you, yet no one does. Awe way to do busy
We had an outstanding experience! They went above and beyond for us. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they also showed genuine care in making sure everything was handled correctly when we had an issue that wasn’t even their fault. I can’t possibly thank them enough for all the help! I feel lucky to do business with them! It’s rare to find a company this generous of time, pleasant, and reliable.
