One star. Customer service is nonexistent. I requested no fluoride during my cleaning, which I am entitled to refuse. Weeks later, I was told I had to pay a penalty for refusing it. Poor communication and unethical billing practices—they tried to charge me for a treatment I did not receive. Avoid.

I can only say that all bad reviews are 100% true. they are the worse place to go. I was their patient since they opened up but as soon as they started getting more patients they became the worse in costumer service I had ever seen!!!! I have a lot more to tell about them but I think I'll never end, just one horrible story to point out: I had an appointment which I confirmed over the phone and on text.
