I have been going here about 2 years now and am always amazed. They are always so quick and do an amazing job. I have never been upsold something vs other places who constantly use to push stuff on me. I’m in and out before I know it without bleeding gums and actually clean teeth. This last time I had to last minute cancel because childcare fell through and they let me bring her with me and entertained her up front while I got my cleaning and X-rays. I love this place and everyone who works there.
I had an excellent experience with Omni Dental today, found them through my insurance and recommendations on Nextdoor, etc. I always have trepidations about a new dentist office and was extremely pleased with the reception staff, the hygienist and Dr. Stevens. They made me feel very comfortable and everyone seems happy to be there.
I was referred to Omni Dental by a friend and after my recent cleaning at Omni Dental, I am very happy to have found them and I definitely will be coming back in 6 months for a follow up cleaning. My previous dentist sold his practice and after a couple of years the new owners went out of business. Looking back my old dentist always seemed to upsell me on buying sonicare toothbrushes and special fluoride mouth rinse. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I found them through a provider search on my insurance website, called, and was lucky enough to grab a near-in appointment because someone else had cancelled. First impressions, the Christmas decor in the waiting area is 10/10. It’s a winter wonderland and you can’t help but be in the best mood ever when you walk in. Check in process - easy!
