Of of the NICEST hotels I’ve ever been to & the sports bar is awesome
We've stayed here a couple times. Rooms are always clean and staff are very polite. The views of downtown Dallas are amazing.
I recently attended the Tom Ferry Success Summit in Dallas and, unfortunately, made the mistake of booking this hotel. This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, if not the absolute worst. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist appeared completely unprepared and uninformed. I was refused check in simply because I booked through Priceline. Rooms were great, staff was friendly, convenient yummy restaurants at reasonable prices for location and experience level. Would definitely stay again.
