The Omni in downtown is suppose to be super nice upscale hotel. However, today I decided to purchase a pool pass. Upon arrival at the pool I quickly became aware of how DISGUSTINGLY dirty it was. For a hotel that charges a pretty penny a night, all amenity areas should be maintained clean for guest . 5/10 skyline view was nice but pool side was VERY dirty .
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more neglected hotel. Just sad considering how beautiful the building is.
Stayed here with my family of 4 for the BTS concert. Great customer service, easy to contact front desk (via text and they’re responsive!), and the rooms were clean and smelled nice. Location was conveniently located near a lot of food places and everything you could think of and it’s under a 30 min drive for both airports! They give you a free drink voucher at check-in if you sign up as a select member and we had great sleep due to the quiet hallways. Great experience, would come back again!!
Hubby bday trip was EVERYTHANG!!! Amazing Service, Great location , Valet on point as well as In and Out no additional fee. Darrius was awesome@ the front desk. Arranged for something extra speacial to be sent to our room . Cake and 🥂. We also recieved complimentary drinks ticketsthat could be redeemed any where on the premises. 10/10.
