Coming into the hotel as a check-in was easy with a beautifully decorated room, but then we noticed there is an extra cost for everything. No laundry room, no microwave, no sink or kitchen in the honeymoon room and a lot of strange locations for things. The bathtub is not even big enough for one normal size person, let alone two. The only way to get to your room is from the lobby no matter what floor you are on and the internet is not free. There's even a charge for anything other then basic channels. -Not warned of expected noise problems at time of booking ("music" festival with nothing but loud bass- and I mean it will damage your hearing after 5 minutes kind of LOUD) -NO PARKING available for guests! -Valet parking ONLY, and at $35 per night! Beware the parking lies. All signs state $10.00 for first three hours. Irritated by new parking charges since Omni took over, but figured part goes to charity, so go with it. there about and hour, pay with a $20, got $5.00 back. Used call for help button, told to come back up to customer service. No, because there is a line backed up a mile long of folks coming to check in. Told to wait where I was, someone coming. 10 minutes--called on phone to hotel. "Someone is coming soon." 30 minutes, security shows up who knows nothing... read more

We have stayed here twice. One time was on the Fourth of July. They were super accommodating and getting us a room that faced Centennial Park on a high-level. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was up on a lower level roof, The condition of the pool in the hot tub was substandard at best. The pool is a glorified bathtub. If you have small children they will like it. Had brunch this Sunday at Kitchen Notes in the Omni. It was a wonderful experience. The food and service were great, and the complimentary valet parking was "on time"
