We ordered practice knit shorts from Omni Cheer for a client, but received the wrong sizes. After contacting them, they initially claimed everything was correct on their end, but we had to provide evidence to prove otherwise. They eventually shipped the missing shorts, but we were still short two pairs. Despite promises to investigate, they ultimately refused to do anything and suggested we buy the missing pairs ourselves. All the previous reviews are spot on! My daughter received a pair of cheer shoes both marked size 7. One shoe was over 1/4" larger than the other. Called to ask for a new pair to be sent due to defect. They requested pictures of the shoes, shipping label, packing label and sku. I sent them and after several days of waiting, i called. They denied anything was wrong with the shoe! I had to reorder because this is shoe we need for the cheer team only to pay shipping again. Don't do it. They are a terrible company. Horrible product and customer service.
I ordered custom shells over a month ago - still have yet to receive them. Called several times to find out that the shells are in Production ( 10 shells mind you). I then called again to get the status, since I am UNABLE to receive emails with tracking numbers or status, ONLY to find out that two of the 10 shells that I purchased was on back order and would NOT be available to mid October which is when the season ended. Placed order Sept 18th now its Nov 8th. Still have not gotten item. Also paid for 2 day shipping. Yes my order was customized but its well past the 5week period of time it says it takes for customization!!! I Have called 3 times and im told diffrent stories. I will post this wherever I can so that people will see it. This is the worst experience with a product and subsequent customer service that I have ever had. I ordered THE SAME uniform for my middle school cheer team. Obviously, the understanding was that I wanted the tops to look THE SAME. When I got them, all of the sizes of tops looked completely different (different size print, different proportions, in different places on the top). I had to PAY a seamstress to fix the tops. Beware of customization time. I placed an order (order number: 0010507462) back in July. Received most of the order in a timely manner, but here we are September 9th with no uniform tops and no tracking information. I was told there would be no issues with having the tops by 9/4/21 prior to ordering. I was told twice the order was "being prepared for shipment" and it would ship within 5 days. I placed an order over a month ago. My order on their portal states that it's been done for 2 weeks and was ready to ship. When I call no one is able to tell me when my order will arrive. They are clueless. I only ordered 4 shells. Thats it! Omni cheer actually sent me an email asking for a review of my order. I left a one star stating that I never received my order and guess what?! They wouldnt publish my review. DO NOT order from Omni Cheer!
Terrible! Took a MONTH to get an order of PLAIN softee shorts, nothing extra, no decals, just. Plain. Shorts. How does it take that long?? I could have orders them from dicks sporting goods and they would have been faster🙄 They also never provided a tracing number, estimated ship time or ANY information about when it would arrive.
