Great getaway with m 4 year old! We had a reat time relaxing in th pool & lazy river!

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. Very clean and a lot of activities for families to do. We are planning another trip here in a week and a half for my birthday.
We had a lovely time here. The staff were all lovely, our room with balcony was perfect and we couldn't get my daughter off the water slide/out of the lazy river and pool! Location was perfect, close enough to all the parks but far enough away from the real madness! We would definitely come back again.
I stayed more than three times, welcomed by crews. Great rooms. Beautiful atmosphere and very close to every things. My family enjoy all the facilities!! Pool lazy river. Bars and restaurants, coffee shop and gift shops. Very elegant to relax or have fun.
Waiting for hours for our room to be ready, came here early to check in early. Room still not ready after waiting for almost 2 hours. Definitely not coming back.
This place is phenomenal. Great place to stay .
