They professionally documented every aspect of the process in the contract proposal assuring us of clarity about the means and methods used to complete our project. After meeting with multiple contractors, we selected Omni for a bathroom remodel. We liked that they used specialty subs for work versus a crew of "jack-of-all-trades" workers. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience for a variety of reasons. First , the finishing work was not done well. The subway tile around the bath was especially upsetting as there are many flaws throughout (uneven grout joints, excessive lippage, and poorly aligned tiles. Gary helped us with a major kitchen remodel this fall. The work involved the removal of the ceiling and 2 walls. Gary and his architect developed drawings for the project and the plans were well done and approved by the City in just a few weeks. Once the project started Gary insured that all the subcontractors kept to the schedule as promised. Omni Builders just completed a whole house remodel for us. When Gary told me 3 months to complete after passing plan check with the building department, I thought he was blowing smoke. He completed the job in 2 months 3 and a half weeks. We couldn't be more pleased. Gary is easy to work with and always had great ideas as we were working through design details.
