We had the Ross Suite which is ideal for a large family. The porch was perfect for visiting after dinner. The food at the Bedford Springs Resort was excellent. We had an enjoyable experience for four nights and 3 days. We would like a check in time if 3 instead of 4.

Haley, a server in your Frontier Tavern - was the best service I have received in any dining establishment. Your hotel was spectacular, the experience was great from check-in to check-out, but the service she provided was what made this stay memorable and stand out. She was so accommodating, professional, understanding, helpful, and just provided a flat out wonderful dining experience. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The good part includes the grounds and resort activities. The first time we stayed in old section which was dark and dated. I realize they are trying to honor the history, but they could have done a better job. The second time we stayed in the new section which was lighter and a bit better. However, the elevator to this section was broken and guests had to use a service elevator, which was crowded busy. and hot, The staff told us they were waiting for a part that would take a month ... read more
