We have worked with Omni exclusively for the past two years. The most recent time they replaced our AC unit. During the process, they were patient with us as we went back-and-forth with the insurance company; however, I would have liked for them to be more involved with the insurance company during this process. They also agreed to close up our home to finish the job while we were on vacation. Not only did they do good work, but they were also nice. They even prayed with us before we left for vacation.
I've used Omni Air for years, and I highly recommend them. As a widow on a Social Security budget, I really appreciate having an HVAC technician I can trust who is always honest and never tries to sell me something I don't need. Joseph explains my options, tells me what repairs are worth making, and is upfront when a unit is beyond repair and needs to be replaced. There's never any pressure—just honest advice.
