Very talented and KNOWLEDGEABLE
I had a great experience at OMN! The shop is cute and the vibes are peaceful. Melanie is so friendly and happy to explain each step, the products she uses and what purpose they serve. I hadn't had a pedicure in a long time and was feeling self-conscious about my feet. She listened to my concerns with empathy and made it feel like a safe space. My feet are super soft and smooth now, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
