We were a little nervous at first since it was our first time, but Jasmine made us feel very comfortable. She gave us plenty of options to choose from, was very patient with us, and explained everything clearly. It was the best experience ever. Thank you so much, Omkar! Also received this cute silver earrings as gift. Thank you We’ll definately visit again soon

Came to do a repair on a $3500 bracelet I brought from them in December . Uncle wants to charge $50 and tell me pick up tomorrow I said I need it the same day said come back in a few hours. Came back to pick up refused to give me a receipt for the $50 cash they charged me and some lady was dropping off another repair hw charged her $30 and told her one hour. Very strange policies depending on the person.

The owner or one of the younger man in the store was a bit rude and would ignore when you ask him questions..the lady who helped us throughout the process named Marina or Mehrina was so nice and calm. Her demeanor was so calming. She is the only staff in that store that is so friendly and accommodating and listens to you. The other staff turned me off so bad after one visit I didn’t go back . This time I went back just to see if they had what I wanted and they did. Thank god we were greeted by Mehrina and got lucky that day!

Worst service ever!! I went yesterday omkar jewelrs Idk the girl name but she wears blue mask.. I asked her for show some more designs but she refused and told us we are wasting her time.. but we went to purchase from MI to NYC and we did but we had bad experience from the service section.
