Horrible service! Plus they are liars. I bought a necklace from them and asked if they can make a small adjustment so that it was to my liking. They lied and said that it CANNOT be done and that their repair person was away on vacation. I want somewhere and they were able to do exactly what I wanted, of course for a small fee.
Came to Jackson Heights to purchase some gold, went into a few stores and was met with unfriendly attitudes, went into Omkar and was helped by Nayon. She was so kind, and helpful. Prices were also on the lower side.
I want give him zero star this owner or manager of this Jewellery shop insult my wife during shopping of gold Jewellery because she try to haggle prize only for couple dollars and their attitude is worst towards other customer has bring their kids and stroller inside small floor area of store how can someone left their kids home only for gold shopping
