I called for ER follow up after a severe allergic reaction. Having been with this pediatrician for a year and a half, was told they couldn’t be seen until August 15th, over a month away. They over book this provider and the staff is rude and terrible, despite him being a truly decent doctor. Unfortunately it does not matter how good of a doctor he is if his patients cannot receive proper care.
We use Dr. Ololade and Ellen for our two little ones and have had such a positive experience every time. Whether it’s for routine checkups or a sick visit, the team handles our children with confidence, care and patience. They always go over everything thoroughly. The office staff are also very warm and welcoming. Thanks for taking such great care of our family!
Dr. Ololade is always great, he knows exactly what he's talking about and never unreasonable, his experience shows clearly. It's unfortunate my boys will age out of pediatrics soon.
