BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a $38k watch from OMI Jewelry through his website and then he called me 3 days later to tell me the price was wrong and an error on his website with the coupon code the offer. Would not honor and tried to get another few thousand out of me. Not an honorable man or seller. Total switch and bait to get more $ from me.
My wife and I almost made the HUGE mistake of buying a Rolex from OMI. Sales rep Justin sent us a video of the “new” watch which had obviously been outfitted with a bad & obviously fake aftermarket band and bezel. We then come to find the video he sent us was from a different used watches ad! When I questioned him as to why this “new” watch would have a fake jubilee band and diamond bezel he got increasingly irritated/disrespectful and was unable to answer a single question. Stolen watch!!!!! Switch and bate! I reported my stolen watch to the police!! My husband purchased a AGI Certified Rolex Datejust with a Custom Diamond Bezel with 2.80cts of RBC VS1- VS2 color G-H serial number #5540643 Model # 6917. Upon receiving it we took it to a Certified Rolex dealer and everything did confirm according to the AGI Certificate. The Rolex was from 1978. So far so good.. The watch starts to lose time. The best customer service and best products. I purchased my first Rolex with Russel. He explained to me everything from top to bottom about the watch and made me feel comfortable with my purchase online. I never had to go to the store which would of been a huge Inconvenience for me as it is a far drive. He is always there when I have questions and always helping. I highly recommend !
My experience with OMI was fabulous. I received my watch and there was a flaw on the armband and I sent it back for repair. After it was repaired Walter Hoffman asked if I wanted them to take out links or have my local jeweler do that. Walter sent it to my jeweler to have that done overnight shipping to Texas. Thank you so much.
