I have been here multiple times. Pleasant, caring, and KIND staff from the moment I walk in the door till the time I leave. I've never lived in Gaylord but traveled here for the birth of all my children. 100% prefer coming here over any other hospital in all of Northern Michigan. Love this hospital!!!
Just got blood drawn. Needle hurt going in and coming out! Left a bump at the insertion site and a bruise. Worst blood draw I can remember!!
