Receptionist is garbage. Refused to give her name to be called out or reported. Has zero skills to be answering a phone especially if this is an urgent care. Literally refusing services to people without a doctor seeing the patients because she is on a power trip. Guess it was a good thing I went to the ER and not her recommendation of waiting for a regular Dr appointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY ESPECIALLY SINCE IT'S APPOINTMENT BASED. Don't waste your time.
Drove a long way for them to be closed. If you're not going to be open until 6 update your hours. Went again today and was turned away. Always something down there. Not worth the drive or call.
As far as the Walk in clinic it depends who you deal with, but recently i have dealt with Sarah Stearns and she is horrible I’ve deal with her a few times over the past few years! I do not recommend her all! She told me I had to take my kids to school immediately even though they had a fever the night before and chills and my daughter temp was slightly elevated at the appt and only down because of the use of children fever reducer. I had chest and jaw pain, the person that saw me didn’t even take my blood pressure a said I had TMJ and sent me home. Later that day my blood pressure was 227/24 I ended up in the hospital for 10 days and had four stints placed there incompetents came within hours of killing me.
