I find all the staff to be friendly and proficient. Kathleen Pawlanta is my primary provider. She is excellent. She listens, problem solves and is prompt in replying to questions and concerns. The nursing staff is wonderful. I highly recommend.
My first visit was with Caylee Lawnichak and she was very rude to me for not having the answers to her questions. Now remind you I'm in the process of filling out release forms so she can get the info from my recent hospital stay. She was very rude and condescending towards me. She will also lecture you to get her point across even if you did everything right. She just wants to make sure you hear her. And she doesn't care what you have to say about it. She's right, you are wrong.
We are fairly new to this office, and I have appreciated how quickly they were able to get my children in. However, two of my children recently saw Caylee Lawnichak. During both visits, Caylee was very condescending and rude to both of my kids (teenagers). I really wanted to love this office, but I’ll be looking into other providers for my families care.
