Undertrained technicians and they do not have the proper tools to do their services. Unfortunately I left this salon very unhappy with my pedicure.

Attitude problem of the staff, they over book themselves and do everything in a hurry. I was there for a pedicure today and the lady was in such hurry. It was the most disgusting experience ever!! I opted for luxury pedicure and the service was much below average. I wish I had checked that they already have a 2.7 star rating. Atleast do your job properly and learn to take feedback. This place was a terrible experience. The man who did my pedicure was skilled, but the woman was extremely rude. I left with bleeding nails, and she didn’t apologize or show any concern. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else. I really regret not checking the reviews before coming here. They should refund the money to me. Also given that there are so many issues they should shut down this place

I went there in less than a week!!! And look hot terrible my nails look! Absolutely terrible experience. This place was far from hygienic, the workstations were messy, the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized, and the overall atmosphere made me uncomfortable from the start. The staff were incredibly rude and rough. The moment I asked for corrections to the poor designs, they became visibly annoyed.
