Had an extremely disorienting experience today. I booked a gel manicure, and midway through the service, I mentioned that I did not want my cuticles removed. I’ve never cut them. I simply push them back so they don’t grow thick. She informed me they had to go. I pushed back and said, “This is why I usually book a color change. I do not want my cuticles removed.” Her response was to tell me that if I didn’t have the money to pay for the manicure, I should leave.
