I wasn’t planning on leaving a review and was just going to plan to never go back, but it is the day after and it is still painful to wash my hands in warm or hot water from all the wounds I got. Amy did my dip manicure. She was helpful in picking colors. I always do a dip and just had a basic dip. But, the experience was painful. Didn't get us in on time for scheduled appointment. Builder gel was so think it looked like I had bubble nails. Didn't clean up my cuticle or nails at all. Also had 2 friends come with. One of which chipped off already and it's be 3 days and my other friend had a bad reaction to the shellac and had to remove it the next day. Had a funeral to go to so we went here last minute. Not a good choice.

So I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve had good experiences and bad. But now I’ve decided that with the crew that is in there now I won’t be back. They have a woman named Amy who doesn’t have communication skills and doesn’t know much English. I think she may be a nice person, but she has injured me every time I’ve gone in there and all she ever says, is “I busy! I will never be going here again. They're pushy about gel polish, wouldn't let me pick out my own color, made me leave with wet nails and smudged nails, faked trimming my cuticles when I asked 3 times, and not to mention they made me have an infected ingrown toenail I had to be put on antibiotics for. Do not go here.
