This is the second time I got my nails done here. The first was amazing. This time I asked for the young girl (#5) the man said Cherry-I don’t know her name so I said #5, I got other services as I waited how about when it’s time to get my nails done they put me in #3 when I specifically ask for 5 but #3 must be cherry , no disrespect to her but that’s not who I asked for. I love love love this nail shop! 🥰 Very professional, kind and always willing to accommodate picky clients (me lol). I never leave dissatisfied. I am extremely peculiar about my nails & I choose OMG Nail Bar every time. ✨😌 “Cherry”🍒 is the absolute best! She is truly an artist as a nail tech. 💜 and sooo sweet!
The positives: Walked in at 6pm on a Monday night and was immediately greeted and able to get a pedicure. Chair was comfortable. Results of pedicure are good quality. So why a 1 star review? For me, it’s about experience, comfort, and ability to relax and enjoy the process. This pedicure did NOT fulfill that. The older gentleman who gave my pedicure was rough and painful. I called ahead to ask if I could walk in, and they told me yes. As soon as I arrived, they took me right away! I got the Premium Pedicure (#4 with hot stone & paraffin wax) from Kevin, a brand-new acrylic gel set from Tommy, and lashes and brows done by Cherry. Everything turned out beautifully. The prices were a little higher than I expected (especially since I’ve been doing this for years), and I think the extra charge may have been for gel on my toes, which I didn’t actually receive. I haven’t been to the nail salon in years because I’m always disappointed with the outcome. Today my expectations were exceeded and I couldn’t be happier. They made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. They made sure I liked my color and design. I went in for a pedicure and left with a pedicure and full set with designs. Definitely recommend, my new go to place. Cherry was amazing. She made my nails BETTER than the reference picture Changed my review. Went again on a weekend.
