Went in for a pedicure (which I have only done once before, so granted I didn't know what to expect) and they started off by nail trimming. They trimmed my big toenails round, and then very unexpectedly trimmed off the sides of my nails and basically pulled the sides of my big toenails off and told me, "Oh, you have ingrown nails." I absolutely did not have ingrown nails, but trimming them round and trimming the sides of the nails so aggressively can cause them to become ingrown, so now I'm quite worried. I had an amazing experience with Loc Ngo! I wanted her to show me an American manicure and she applied the polish so gracefully. The gel nails did not chip, break, peel. It was phenomenal, I would say the best manicure I've ever had.

It was my first time visiting here and I loved it! My nail tech was Helen and she did a great job. It’s been 2.5 weeks since I got them done and none of my nails have chipped. Will be back sometime this week or next week to have them done again!
