I loved my time at OMG my supervisor was great but you can quickly ascertain that the company has no minorities in upper management but 80 percent of there workforce are people of color and in 2021 any company operating with that type of racial top heaviness is either culturally unaware or purposely ignorant either would not make this a long term employment option for anybody of color looking to advance there career .
