We used Landcraft formerly (OMG) for a huge paver patio as well as the whole front and backyard. We were pleased with their work and have a beautiful patio. Support after the project for warranty was slow to respond.
We had Landcraft (formerly OMG landscapes) do our front and side yards about eight years ago. At the time, their prices were extremely competitive, and we were initially very pleased with the work. As time has passed though, the work has not held up. The retaining walls that they built were not built correctly and are now failing. I was referred to Ryan by my parents. Let me start off by saying my parents chose to go with Ryan for their landscaping because his cost was lower then any other bid they got, and with low cost also comes a low level of quality and craftsmanship... I'm not leaving this review for my parents though. My experience with Ryan has been sub par to say the least. I am very pleased with the work OMG Landscapes did at my home. Ryan took the landscape plan I had and worked with me to make changes to it to remain in my overall budget. Ryan also went with me to the nursery to identify and select the trees for planting. His team started and completed the work within the time frame promised and I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. Ryan has also maintained contact with me subsequent to installation to follow-up on any question I may have.
