Came in to trade some cards and pick up a few for my deck. Bearded gentlemen ( can tell hes not the owner after telling a customer the owner comes and goes as he pleases in an annoyed way on the phone) behind the desk was quite rude, throwing stuff down on the counter rather rough as opposed to being gentle with these 100 dollar cards, including my cards I was buying, and the ones i was trading in. Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, extremely rude and snappy heavy bearded man behind the desk would smart off to us, a person on the phone, and another customer in the store. Will not be coming back
Absolutely the best store to trade your MTG cards in to. I won't be trading with any other stores in Southern Ontario from now on. I'll just wait until I'm in Barrie. Polite and they make sure that both sides are happy.
Overall enjoy playing here give out lots of promo packs which is nice. Most of the staff are good only one thats quite rude, i showed up to a prerelease 5 mins late knowing full wwll that i may lose 5 minutes of deck building and staff asked me 5 times if i was there for the one that started 10 minutes ago very condescendingly i would have just left if my friends werent already there and paid.
