Excellent customer service; I made an order and there was a mix-up with 1 card that I was sent (very similar name card was sent by mistake), I let the store know and they dispatched the correct card with expedited shipping on the same day I reached out. I was honestly not worried about the single card but they went above and beyond to rectify my order, I will definitely be doing business with OMG Games again in the future.
Amazing staff and community!! Came here on a semi last minute decision to play an event. After a miracle of getting through the wait list I was able to enjoy one the best afternoons I've had in a while. The team here is committed to their customers. I love how active and genuinely passionate about the hobby as they are. I might be an out of towner but I'm definitely looking to come back as often as I can !! Thank you to the staff for making my day I'll be recommending the store to all the city folks when I get home.
I've been here a few times and my experience has been very poor. I played in a mtg tournament and was told false rules by my opponent, to which the ref agreed to the false rules causing me to lose the tournament first round. Then on another occasion I was looking at mtg cards and asked to see another binder to which the employee said it was "fine as long as I buy something" in a very rude tone.
