I was really nervous about the whole process of having 4x wisdom teeth removed. Dr Mougos made me instantly feel at ease and I knew I was in great hands. From my initial appointment, to day surgery and my follow up appointment I can’t fault the service/care I received. Thank you Dr Mougos and team!
I can’t thank Dr Mougos enough for her exemplary duty of care. I was so nervous with the pending surgery but Sophie calmed me down and made the whole process so smooth and natural. I have never had such impersonalised care as I had with Dr. Sophie. I was referred to her to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was all a bad experience. She saw me 1 hour late for the appointment, she was with me for 5 minutes (she probably wanted to hurry because she was late), she saw the images and coldly told me when she wanted to operate, I went out and they charged me 180 dollars for that consultation in which she didn't even check anything. Easy booking process, with organised admin staff. Dr Sophie Mougos was on-time, highly professional and had a welcoming presence. Her bedside manner was outstanding. Nil complications yet post wisdom teeth removal. 10/10 recommend!
