Would not recommend at all. Runs late, is rude, to patients, belittles her staff member in front of me, expects large payments at time of booking and you are made to feel useless. How she is still in business is beyond me. Got in rather quickly where other surgeons are booked out months in advance. This should have rung alarm bells to begin with. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Went specifically on a personal recommendation by my dentist. They have a car park but couldn't get in so had to drive round the area trying to find a non resident parking area where I had to pay to park for two hours. Charged about $170 to be left sat in a waiting room for an hour, to then be asked if I'd had an xray I didn't know I was having (which could have been done in the hour I was waiting), then told I couldn't be told the cost of treatment until I'd had the xray. Was told less than 24 hours before surgery that the anaesthetist had changed and costs had increased by $450. When I queried this she said yes my admin has been sick sorry they didn’t tell you. Got there an hour before surgery as requested and then waited 2.5 hours for admission a she was running behind. Definitely felt like I was there to help fund her next holiday home, her interest in our satisfaction and well being was non existent.

I had my all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Mougos which went fine. However 4 days after I started feeling a sharp pain on my left side and had a foul taste in my mouth, which I suspected was an infection. I called the office but the soonest appointment they could get me in was on the Friday which would have been a 4 day wait. This pain was really bad and was causing me to lose sleep. I can’t write a review based on the outcomes of surgery as I wasn’t able to get to that point. My experience in trying to get booked in for surgery was terrible. I have been given the run around for months by administrative/office staff who promise to return calls but don’t, who sent me for the wrong scan (at an out of pocket expense of $350) and who didn’t know the difference between mandible and maxilla.
