I almost let some of the negative reviews stop me from booking — and I’m very glad I didn’t. My whole experience was a positive one. Dr Mougos was professional and reassuring, and I felt well cared for during what could have been a stressful procedure. The whole team were thoughtful and accommodating of my circumstances, which meant a great deal. I would like to highly recommend Sophie and her Nurse/dental assistant, Jodi. They actually made the whole process calm before hand and throughout, I am certainly never going to go anywhere else and although one doesn’t intend to go back, I would have no hesitation whatsoever. Also I am in a wheelchair and everywhere from the car park up to the rooms was incredibly smooth sailing, which always makes life alot easier. My experience with Dr Sophie was amazing. I was in and out of surgery in a couple of hours, I had hardly any swelling in my jaw, and no pain or discomfort whatsoever with the stitches or anything. I highly recommend her, she’s a top surgeon and professional, with an amazing team supporting her, thank you all for your great work.

Would not recommend at all. Runs late, is rude, to patients, belittles her staff member in front of me, expects large payments at time of booking and you are made to feel useless. How she is still in business is beyond me. Got in rather quickly where other surgeons are booked out months in advance. This should have rung alarm bells to begin with. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Went specifically on a personal recommendation by my dentist. They have a car park but couldn't get in so had to drive round the area trying to find a non resident parking area where I had to pay to park for two hours. Charged about $170 to be left sat in a waiting room for an hour, to then be asked if I'd had an xray I didn't know I was having (which could have been done in the hour I was waiting), then told I couldn't be told the cost of treatment until I'd had the xray.
