I had my all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Mougos which went fine. However 4 days after I started feeling a sharp pain on my left side and had a foul taste in my mouth, which I suspected was an infection. I called the office but the soonest appointment they could get me in was on the Friday which would have been a 4 day wait. This pain was really bad and was causing me to lose sleep. I can’t write a review based on the outcomes of surgery as I wasn’t able to get to that point. My experience in trying to get booked in for surgery was terrible. I have been given the run around for months by administrative/office staff who promise to return calls but don’t, who sent me for the wrong scan (at an out of pocket expense of $350) and who didn’t know the difference between mandible and maxilla. I was really nervous about the whole process of having 4x wisdom teeth removed. Dr Mougos made me instantly feel at ease and I knew I was in great hands. From my initial appointment, to day surgery and my follow up appointment I can’t fault the service/care I received. Thank you Dr Mougos and team!

I can’t thank Dr Mougos enough for her exemplary duty of care. I was so nervous with the pending surgery but Sophie calmed me down and made the whole process so smooth and natural. I have never had such impersonalised care as I had with Dr. Sophie. I was referred to her to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was all a bad experience. She saw me 1 hour late for the appointment, she was with me for 5 minutes (she probably wanted to hurry because she was late), she saw the images and coldly told me when she wanted to operate, I went out and they charged me 180 dollars for that consultation in which she didn't even check anything.
