Had a consultation with Dr Sophie Mougos last Tuesday because I was in so much pain and got a slot for the surgery 2 days after because someone cancelled. Went in and it was smooth sailing. Got 4 wisdom teeth pulled out under general anaesthesia by Dr. Alex Chen. And the lovely nurses and staff were very accommodating and very assuring. It’s my day 1 post-op. No bruising just a bit of swelling. Would definitely recommend!
I was very anxious leading up to my appointment with Dr Mougous. My dentist requested an urgent appointment, and I was contacted within the week. I had a great experience with Dr Sophie Mougos. I came in after experiencing excruciating pain in my wisdom tooth, and she was caring and informative throughout the process. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been excellent, with minimal pain and swelling. I would highly recommend her.
After reading the Google reviews I will admit I was a little apprehensive booking an appointment with Dr Mougos... I am so glad I went ahead with Dr Mougos and didn't let the negative reviews sway my choice. I was already traumatised by how the original dentist did me dirty with my failed tooth extraction, which left me in enormous amounts of pain and discomfort. Very disappointing experience. The clinic needs to improve its communication, organisation, and customer service. I found the process confusing, and my concerns were not handled in a clear or professional manner. I expected a much higher standard of patient care.
