No call no show for the 1st morning appointment, I had to call them and have them come out that afternoon. No contact for a week so I contacted them and was informed from Elvis (owner also the tec who was a no show) that the board would arrive in 1 week. I have been waiting 4 weeks to hear back which I haven't after many calls and text. Not a reliable company in my opinion
