They were assigned to me through my home warranty. 2 months later I still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional and poor communication.
If you have AHS and this "vendor" gets assigned to your request, I urge you to request a transfer to a different vendor. They're impossible to get ahold of, and will no call/no show if you manage to even get somewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
Completely unreachable when they were assigned a job through a home warranty company. They might do good work but I will never no since I couldn't get them to answer a phone call or even schedule an appointment
Do yourself a favor before hiring these guys and sort by the lowest-rated reviews. Getting them to do anything requires constantly texting and calling without them ever responding. We've been trying to get our AC repaired with them for nearly a year (they were assigned the job from our home warranty company) and it has been nearly impossible to get them to respond and the worst experience I've ever had with a service company.
They never answer their phone, their voice mail is full, they tell you it's faster to text, then they never respond.
