My air conditioner stopped working late last night. I submitted a service request through my home warranty company, AHS, and within 12 hours, Omerson Mechanical had my unit up and running again. I've been attempting to use this company for an air conditioner replacement through our home warranty. They had to work hard to get through the review and approval process. 12 days ago they stated they would have the approval email within 24 hours and I've been completely ghosted since then. Have sent several understanding texts, have called and left a message, all with no response. Omerson mechanical installed a new furnace and AC coil in my home. Their level of expertise, and the quality of their work was absolutely outstanding! They even noticed that my water heater (which was installed by another company) was not installed correctly as per city/state code, and corrected those issues for me. Elvis, the technician who installed these components was friendly, a subject matter expert, and conducted his work with the utmost level of professionalism. I highly recommend these true professionals!

Omerson Mechanical is top notch. The Owner and his crew have worked on our air conditioner in the summer and furnace just recently. When our furnace wasn't operating properly on new years eve, the owner made sure he made it out that day and took care of our problem. Couldn't be happier with the service.
