I've been attempting to use this company for an air conditioner replacement through our home warranty. They had to work hard to get through the review and approval process. 12 days ago they stated they would have the approval email within 24 hours and I've been completely ghosted since then. Have sent several understanding texts, have called and left a message, all with no response.
