Existing patient, symptomatic hoping to be seen by my gastro doctor. Called Monday morning and was advised he would be in that afternoon and they would relay my message and would call me back. I called back Tuesday afternoon due to symptoms not improving and not receiving a callback and was told he did not read the message and was out today.
