Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

No Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
