I was so happy with the time Dr Osian took with me. He answered all my questions and never once tried to rush me or my family. Dr Osian also showed us the results from recent tests and used models to explain all the results in a way that was easy to understand.
Dr. Osian is a very caring doctor. He explained to me what he was going to do in detail. He answered all my questions that I had.
HE PUT BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I AT EASE. WE WENT IN NERVOUS , BUT HE EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE TO US IN TERMS WE COULD UNDERSTAND ,AND PUTTING OUR FEARS AND CONCERNS TO REST. THE ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF AND DR.OSIAN'S PA WERE WONDERFUL.
I had my aortic valve relaced with a bovine valve. Dr. Osian used the mini procedure, which is more difficult for the surgeon, but allows a much easier recovery period for the patient. Dr Osian is sooo very good and focused, professional, kind, and caring. I found his staff to be excellent, also. I am a former critical care RN and really appreciated the respect and intelligence of this man. One week following the suegery, I was walking around and, although I was weak, I felt good.
Dr Osian recently completed my second bypass surgery. I only have the highest praise for his surgical skills. Dr Osian thoroughly explained my options before hand and assisted me in helping make a very difficult decision. His support staff both in his office and in the hospital were excellent!
the only problem was my delayed surgery at ormc. and my wife was never notified after i got to the recovery room, other than that all was good.
Dr. Osian is exactly what you want in a surgeon. He uses an abundance of caution and pays attention to every detail. He is very easy to talk to and answered all questions with words that we could easily understand. He came highly recommended as extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the newest surgical procedures. You can feel confident putting your life into his hands.
