Have submitted numerous tests to OQ, for myself and for co-workers and family members. No issues, notified me upon receipt of the testing materials, then advised when results were complete and in the portal. Super helpful especially for something so important, but easy to fix... like Vitamin D and your Omega's.
Would give zero stars if I could. Sent a sample for a specific blood test. Couldn't get results. Called. Customer service person was beyond rude and unhelpful. Unbelievable. Choose somewhere else!
